Sea Terminal Management & Service and her agencies is obliged to specify information on which personal data that users can identify or make identifiable collected through this website.

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to inform, applicants, visitors of the websites and users of services and information provided by STMS about how STMS handles personal information.

STMS collects personal information when you use our services or choose to make your personal information available to us for providing you with information and/or services.

By means of Google Analytics STMS records anonymous data on the use of our website(s). This includes the number of visitors, pages visited and characteristics of the web browsers used. With these data, STMS is able to improve and/or adjust its website collected with cookies.

We will not use your personal information for purposes other than those for which you initially provided this information to us, unless you have provided explicit consent or if such use is necessary for STMS to comply with legal obligations.
